AI search optimization in Austin
Cited helps Austin med spas, aesthetic clinics, cosmetic dental practices and other local businesses get named when customers ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, Gemini or Copilot who to choose. We log what the engines actually say for Austin-area questions, and use it to show you where you stand.
The Austin market
Austin's aesthetics and cosmetic dental market has grown with the city, and independents compete directly with national brands. Patients ask about specific areas, such as Westlake, Downtown, South Congress, Tarrytown, the Domain and Round Rock, and the engines answer with a short list for that area, not the whole metro.
What the engines said
| Question | Engine · date | Named, in order |
|---|---|---|
| best med spa for Botox in Westlake Austin TX | Perplexity · Oct 30, 2026 | BEAUX MedSpa, SkinSpirit West Lake Hills, Westlake Dermatology, Muse Medspa |

Single sessions in a new thread. Answers vary between runs and between engines; this is an observation, not a ranking, and no business listed is a Cited client.
For the med spa question, the engine named 4 businesses and put BEAUX MedSpa first. For veneers, it named 4 practices, led by Austin Cosmetic Dentistry. In our Westlake check, a national brand and local independents appeared side by side in the same answer, so a well-documented independent can win a spot.
What we do for Austin businesses
- Run your customers' real questions for your part of Austin across five AI engines and show you who's named and why.
- Fix what keeps you out: blocked AI crawlers, listings that disagree with your website, missing service and location pages, thin reviews.
- Write pages for the services and neighborhoods you actually serve, in plain sentences the engines can quote.
- Re-run the same questions every month and report the answers, dated and quoted.
